I bought a few things from fairweather that used to have great clothes
I bought 2 soft wool jackets in size medium and medium
The small is very big… Bigger than the medium and one sleeve twists inside so your hand gets stuck every time… The other medium is very big… More like x large or bigger. Crudely made… Can’t imagine they were originally $99 and these are $20 each… Can’t return them because they are over 70% off, but even if they were close to fitting I would keep them, but they are big. . Tried to contact fairweather and he said no returns and wouldn’t even acknowledge the large size . No returns . Would I buy anything from them again? No I wouldn’t !!! Never again!
I bought 4 items online, 2 dresses, 1 shirt and 1 pair of trousers. All of these items were poorly made. This company has gone seriously downhill. They are now known as Designer Depot. Fairweather used to have beautiful clothes but now it is so cheap that even just trying it on falls apart!!!
Their return policy is ridiculous. Once they have your money, you will not get any refund. Redemption only! Why would I want to trade in inferior items for more of the same.
The dollar shop has better quality clothes than this. Bad. No more.
I should add that I returned the item to the online return centre for a $20 fee and still no refund months later.
