I recently bought a jacket from the previous season from Evisu. They kept the jacket in stock even though it was no longer listed in the main section of the site, which I was really pleased with. My package arrived on time and they even let me change my address promptly after I wrote a type in the street name.
Have bought Evisu jeans for the last decade and love them. Recently ordered a pair from them and there was a stocking issue, thought I was going to end up with a disappointing experience. Let’s just say the outcome was way better than I could ever have expected. Shaun in customer service was exemplary and Evisu are a shinning example of what a large company is capable of when they dedicate themselves to fantastic customer service.
