“The idea came from a recent project I did at the nursery. I had all the children create their own monsters and then I repainted them all on to canvas. The children were very excited to see their work reinterpreted. Many of them immediately recognised which ones were their own,” says Jasper.”
The idea resonates with PLAE’s belief that children are the most creative and imaginative creatures on the planet and that designing from a child’s perspective has always been part of our DNA. We’re excited to have a platform on which our community can collaborate creatively, and we’re thrilled to showcase this spring collection for the first time in Jasper’s hometown – congratulations to all our winners!
