Was looking for a specific chainsaw, found and purchased it. Arrived in 2 days [California to New York!] , worked great and exceeded my requirements. Thumbs up to Tyler Tool, he’ll be back!!!
First, I ordered an item that was supposedly in stock. Then I was told the item was shipped and I received the wrong item, which was not even the same as the item I ordered. Then, when I told you it was the wrong item that was sent, you said the item I ordered was out of stock.
Excellent product descriptions make ordering easy and processing and delivery very fast.
Worried that my item would never ship, contacted via email and was told it would ship as soon as possible and the item arrived in perfect condition 1 week later. Very happy that no one else had it in stock as it was a discontinued lawn tool set.
